While printing out your ticket is not required as we can scan you phone, we request that you do for this event. Normally we are all about saving trees, but if you show it on your phone, there can be a bad sun glare making it hard to quickly scan. Either way, please do not forget valid photo ID!

This is a 21+ event for ALL attendees and requires proper ID to enter the venue. If you do not have valid ID and cannot enter, there will be no refunds. Children are not allowed unless they are infants in on-body carriers only (no strollers!!). NOTE - there is live music and DJs making it loud in some areas and this is an event where alcohol is present.

Tickets are available for purchase through this website only. All tickets are e-tickets that will be emailed to you. You will NOT receive paper tickets in the mail. If you do not get your tickets in an email, simply contact us and we can resend them for you. :)

Tickets will NOT be available at the door - they are available ONLINE ONLY. Please buy your ticket well in advance on this website to be sure you can attend - We Urge You Not to Wait - Tickets Sell Out EVERY TIME for this event!

Like all of our festivals, there is no specific dress requirement - have fun with this! Show your Tampa Bay Rays pride - or your cool beer shirt - or whatever you want to wear!

You will receive your vouchers to redeem online via email about a week after you purchase your festival tickets (starting February 3, 2020). The email will contain 2 vouchers for each ticket you purchase (EX: if you purchased 5 tickets, you will get 10 voucher codes to redeem each good for one game ticket). Voucher Codes for tickets MUST be redeemed online in advance. No voucher codes will be accepted at the Tropicana Field box office. Codes are good & valid for any of the following home games only:

Instructions on how to redeem will be in the email. A small ticket redemption fee (paid directly to MLB) applies to each voucher redeemed.

This event is rain or shine. That's one of the best things about this event - it's fully covered inside the dome!

YES, we always try to support an amazing cause with these festivals. This year, this event will help The Trauma Survivors Foundation.

There are multiple parking lots available around the stadium walking distance and handicap accessible. There is a discounted parking fee.

There is very limited public transportation for this ballpark. We always want you to please enjoy yourself responsibly - this is EXTREMELY important to us. Please Get an Uber Ride or get a hotel room.

There are no refunds for this event. There will be no refunds if you cannot make it or for any possible cancellation due to, but not limited to, inclement weather or anything else beyond our control that would question the safety of any festival-goer.

IN THE EVENT OF A DATE CHANGE: If you purchase a ticket to this event ("Ticket Purchaser"), you have two options if we have to change the date of this event for some reason beyond our reasonable control or unknown to us at the time this event was launched:

  1. If the new date works for you, great news! You are automatically registered for the event that day. Watch for more exciting event day specifics that will be emailed to you before the new event day.
  2. If the new date does NOT work for you, please contact our support team and our awesome customer service reps will help you with your refund. Note that any ticketing fees paid above the cost of the ticket are non-refundable.

WEATHER POLICY: This event will take place rain/snow or shine. In the event that weather or other unforeseeable conditions are deemed by UpcomingEvents.com, and/or Tropicana Field, and/or City Officials to be potentially hazardous to participants and volunteers, the organizers reserve the right to postpone the start time or cancel the event outright. Cancellation of the event may take place either prior to the start of the event or at any time while the event is taking place. There will be no refunds or deferrals for weather cancellation. In the event of inclement weather, we suggest bringing your full rain gear - jackets, pants, etc - as a good amount of this festival is outdoors.

You sure can! We always welcome volunteers to assist at large events like this with check in scanning & wrist-banding, setup, pouring beer, and other options. What a great way to gain event experience, have fun, and meet new people. If you have a charity near & dear to you and you would like to pour beer for the day, we can even make a donation for you to help raise money for a great cause! Contact Us for more info.

Major League Baseball, the Tampa Bay Rays, and UpcomingEvents.com are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for Guests attending events at Tropicana Field.

Each Guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark (purses, fanny packs, backpacks, etc.) provided that the bag is soft-sided and 16" X 16" X 8" or smaller. Bags exceeding these dimensions will not be permitted inside the ballpark.

A ticket holder consents to manual or electronic inspection of ticket holder, and all bags, clothing, or other articles at any time inside Tropicana Field. A ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that ticket holder may be denied entry to or ejected from the game or event if they are in possession of any item or object that the Tampa Bay Rays consider potentially dangerous, hazardous, inappropriate, or injurious to other patrons, and any prohibited items may be confiscated. Ticket holders waive any claims that they might have against the Tampa Bay Rays or any Released Parties, as defined in the ASSUMPTION OF RISK - WAIVER section above. A ticket holder acknowledges that the Tampa Bay Rays and the Released Parties have no liability for ticket holder's person or property. All bags are subject to search upon entry and within the ballpark. Hard or Soft - sided coolers and briefcases, ice packs and cooler inserts are NOT permitted. For the convenience of those Guests not carrying purses, fanny packs or bags into the ballpark, express lanes are offered at each gate.

Guests are permitted to bring bottled water that may fit into a 16" X 16" X 8" soft-sided bag. Water bottles should not exceed 24 ounces in size, and must be clear, plastic, sealed and disposable. Items necessary for medical purposes are permitted. Alcoholic beverages, carbonated beverages, sports drinks, cans, glass bottles and thermoses are not allowed. Outside food is not permitted (with the exception of pretzel necklaces around your neck).

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER

A ticket holder ("Holder") assumes all risk and danger incidental to the All Star Craft Beer, Wine, and Cocktail Festival held at Tropicana Field (the "Event"), occurring in any part of Tropicana Field, including but not limited to the stands, concourses and concession areas, at any time prior to, during or subsequent to the Event. As a condition to being allowed to participate in the Event, Holder hereby agrees to waive and forever release the Tampa Bay Rays, LLC, Tropicana Field, any entities involved in any capacity with the Event, including sponsors, advertisers, or vendors associated with any of the foregoing, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, partners, members, owners, agents, and any director, officer, member, manager, employee, representative or agent of any of the foregoing (each, considered a "Releasee"), from any and all liabilities, claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including, without limitation, losses from personal injury, illness or death) arising out of or in any way related to Holder's use of the ticket and/or participation in or attendance at the Event. Please stay alert and be aware of your surroundings.

All persons and items entering Tropicana Field are subject to inspection for security purposes. Certain items are not allowed into Tropicana Field, and may be confiscated by Tropicana Field personnel. Holder consents to an inspection of his or her person and any bags, clothing, or other articles for security purposes.

All disputes related to Holder's attendance, the purchase or use of the ticket, or participation in, attendance at, or observation of the Event ("Arbitration Claims") must be submitted for and resolved by binding arbitration in the state of New Jersey. Holder acknowledges certain rights he/she would have in court, including to a jury trial and appeal, are not available in arbitration. Holder agrees that Arbitration Claims must be arbitrated on an individual basis, and not joined with claims of other parties or pursued in a class or other form of representative action. Arbitrations shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") pursuant to their applicable rules. Holder waives any right to resolve Arbitration Claims in a jury trial or class action.

GUEST CONDUCT

All guests attending the Event are expected to comply with the Tropicana Field Guest Code of Conduct. Guests must refrain from conduct that is inconsistent with promoting a safe and enjoyable atmosphere at Tropicana Field, including but not limited to:

  1. Interfering with other Guests' ability to enjoy the Event;
  2. Using derogatory, foul or abusive language and/or obscene gestures;
  3. Appearing to be intoxicated or in an impaired capacity;
  4. Using tobacco products of any kind including e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco;
  5. Failing to produce a ticket on request or being in an area which is not ticketed;
  6. Being in possession of certain items that are not permitted within Tropicana Field, including but not limited to balloons, Bluetooth speaker, drones, fireworks, footballs, Frisbee discs, glass bottles, hoverboards, inflatable balls, laser pointers, motorcycle helmets, outside alcoholic beverages, weapons of any kind, or other item determined by the Tampa Bay Rays to be hazardous or disruptive;
  7. Failing to respect the safety of other Guests at the Event by throwing any object within Tropicana Field; or
  8. Wearing clothing which, in the judgment of the Tampa Bay Rays, is indecent, derogatory, obscene, or otherwise detracts from the experience of other Guests.

Any Guest who violates laws, the Tropicana Field Guest Code of Conduct policy, or behaves in a disorderly manner may be subject to ejection from the Event, at the Tampa Bay Rays' discretion, and/or possible arrest. Guests are encouraged to report any disruptive behavior to the nearest member of the Guest Services or Security Staff at the Event. Holder waives all rights and all claims for damages against the Tampa Bay Rays, its members, employees or agents arising out of, resulting from, or in any way connected with the exercise of such authority by the Tampa Bay Rays.

Mostly no. Unless your pet is an approved service animal with paperwork, pets are not allowed at the festival. Sorry!

Many of the awesome ballpark favorites will be opened around the concourse and VIP area! With the exception of a pretzel necklace, no food is allowed to be brought into the ballpark. Please see FAQ #14 above for more info on what is allowed through the gates.

Please note that some beer & wine stations are more popular than others. While not the norm, some may run out before the end of the event/session. We do limit the amount of beer that is poured during a session to make sure that there is enough for the next session. We HIGHLY suggest that you get to the event early and get to the beers you most want to try first! We have a great event program that will point you right to each brewery & varietal and we share the list before the event so you can plan ahead. CHEERS!

Approximately 20-30 minutes before the end of a session or the event, we will call "Last Pour". What this means is grab your last samples in the next 15 minutes before the stands close 10-15 minutes before the end of the session and no more beer will be poured.

Yes! We always have several gluten free beers as well as wine & cocktails. We mark the GF beers on the program with a green GF next to the varietal.
