Yes, we request that you do for this event. Print out your ticket (for this event, we ask you do not show it on your phone as the sun glare can make it hard to quickly scan) and bring it to the event along with your valid photo ID.
This is a 21+ event for ALL attendees and requires proper ID to enter the venue. If you do not have valid ID, there will be no refunds. Designated drivers must also be 21 or over. Children are not allowed unless they are infants with on-body carriers only (no strollers) but note that we still highly suggest that you leave all kids at home. There is live music and DJs making it loud in some areas and this is an event where alcohol is present.

Like all of our festivals, there is no specific dress requirement. We always suggest to dress for the weather and especially for this event, feel free to show your Phillies PRIDE! If it's probably going to rain, please bring your rain gear - jackets, pants, etc!!
You will receive your vouchers to redeem online via email the Wednesday after the festival. The email will contain 2 vouchers for
each ticket your purchase (EX: if you purchased 5 tickets, you will get 10 voucher codes to redeem). Voucher codes for tickets are good &
valid for any 2019 Monday through Thursday Phillies home game between May 15, 2019 and July 31, 2019 and on the weekend dates of May 17 or June 7, 2019.
Voucher codes are good for tickets/seating areas that represent a $38 or less value. Instructions will be in the email on how to redeem the vouchers.
A $1.00 ticket redemption fee applies to each voucher redeemed.
You may be able to upgrade your tickets to higher value seating area(s) at the time of redemption. A value of $38 would be applied toward the upgrade purchase. The Phillies determine all seating areas that are available for this redemption and/or upgrade. All tickets and game dates are subject to availablity.
Additional Phillies tickets may be purchased at the time of redemption (ticketing fees will be applied to the additional tickets purchased).
This event is rain or shine. That's one of the best things about this event - there are alot of covered areas! If it is a rainy day, some opportunities may not be available (like walking the bases or touring the dugouts) due to both guest and field safety. We suggest that you do bring a rain jacket / pants since when walking around, some small sections are outside (like the GIANT beer & wine garden) and other event areas.
YES, we will be supporting two amazing causes. The first is The Barkann Family Healing Hearts Foundation (facebook fan page), whose mission is to provide financial aid to families who are in need, due to recent adversity or tragedy such as sudden death or illness of a parent or child or the loss of a home or property due to fire, flood or disaster. We also will be supporting the Fraternal Order of Police Survivors Fund that helps families of fallen officers.

Yes, and we highly suggest it as we want you to please enjoy yourself responsibly - this is EXTREMELY important to us. The Broad Street Line will take you right to the event - get off at the AT&T Station.
VIP Guests enter at 1st Base Gate. General Admission can enter at 1st Base or 3rd Base. Please see the entry & parking map here.
You sure can! We always welcome volunteers to assist at large events like this with check in scanning & wrist-banding, setup, pouring beer, and other options. What a great way to gain event experience, have fun, and meet new people. If you have a charity near & dear to you, we can even make a donation for you to help raise money for a great cause! Only service animals with proper paperwork are allowed into the event. Sorry!
Many of the awesome ballpark favorites will be opened around the concourse and VIP area! With the exception of a pretzel necklace, no food is allowed to be brought into the ballpark. Please see FAQ #14 above for more info on what is allowed through the gates.
Please note that some beer & wine stations are more popular than others. While not the norm, some may run out before the end of the event/session. We do limit the amount of beer that is poured during a session to make sure that there is enough for the next session. We HIGHLY suggest that you get to the event early and get to the beers you most want to try first! We have a great event program that will point you right to each brewery & varietal and we share the list before the event so you can plan ahead. CHEERS!
Approximately 20-30 minutes before the end of a session or the event, we will call "Last Pour". What this means is grab your last samples in the next 15 minutes before the stands close 10-15 minutes before the end of the session and no more beer will be poured.
Yes! We always have several gluten free beers as well as wine & cocktails. We mark the GF beers on the program with a green GF next to the varietal.
